read the deed, this is incorrect. Only the anchor retail space was sold for a total of$59MM. Target Corp holds a 21.1% stake in that space and their equity partner/affiliate holds a 78.9% stake. The FAE LLC...

I hope I'm wrong but I don't hold any hope of anything great coming from them based on what is on their website. With all of the great developers this city has, they seem to be 20-30 years in the past...
The city has plans circulating to narrow the road, they had a public meeting about it. Ink Block was designed to move the curb in anticipation of ripping out the median.
These projects are equity JVs with Samuels, Weiner and most importantly JP Morgan. They still get financing from banks. No need to speculate, there are press releases:

the loading is actually inside the buidling, its a massive dock from what I recall in the PNF. I thought the new road had corner retail frontage.
