95 Saint (nee Longwood II) | 95 St. Alphonsus St. | Mission Hill

I swear, this forum is more aesthetically critical than your NIMBYest neighborhood meeting.

East of Broadway | 15 Broadway | Everett

Broadway needs about 3 lanes removed.

Bay Village Apartment Tower | 212 Stuart St. | Bay Village

Ok but it's also totally fine and I would take 50 more like it in Boston.

Kenmore Square North (WHOOP) | 533-541 Commonwealth Ave | Fenway

Ok but it's not even the worst building in Kenmore.

BLVD | 320 Revere Beach Boulevard | Revere

The first step to creating a quality neighborhood with good amenities and good architecture is getting people there, which is what this will do. The only concern I'd have is if the people who live here are so car-centric they won't support local businesses/restaurants.

    Post Cards of Boston 1900's-1990

I think the Newbry is the dumbest renaming of a building that I've ever seen. They created a word trying to mimic an accent that doesn't exist. Why not just call it "The Newbury"?

He works for ABL Architecture, hence the handle Ablarc.

Seaport Square (Formerly McCourt Seaport Parcels)

The Barking Crab is a classic. That said, more restaurants with seating on the Harborwalk is undoubtedly a good thing for the SBWF. Right now, the problem isn't with rigidly mandated open spaces so much as massive amounts of unbuilt land. The people who move into the buildings that will be...
