It’s being built over both, the tunnel and Prescott Street. Well a portion of the Tunnel and the remnants of Prescott Street, just to the left of the tunnel, it’s the portion that used to lead to Lincoln Square, most people think it’s a parking lot, but that is actually a portion of Prescott Street.

There is a parking garage that’s going up as we speak, crane is up and assembly is underway. It’s just south of the stadium and is going to be used, if I have this right, for both event parking and in part for some of the private development associated with the overall plan.

I didn’t see the blog, and consequently didn’t see the date. But I was wondering if it was an older concept, when I viewed it, I was thinking/ wondering if one of those parcels is already developed by either the new Residence Inn Hotel or it might be the new Apartment building across the street...

If I remember correctly, it wasn't that it would have been tallest building in New England, It was more about the building height combined with Worcester's elevation. That was sort of what made it the highest, if that makes sense. I have an image of it, but can't seem to see how you upload...
