Wow. Looks a little gimmicky, but what the hell - at least it's different.

Bottom looks like that proposed hancock building. Whats that building on the triangular plot next door sandwiched between the on/off ramps?

Wow, aB is caustically harsh these days.

I like this in concept. I really respect the dramatic approach of wide elevated arches to push the offices up and out of the public realm, clearing open space below. We always complain about half-assed attempts at public realms that are a) uninviting, and b) look like closed-off corporate lobbies. This is a legit attempt at a welcoming gesture. This, to me, says "walk under these arches - there's a lot of space in here, and it's not closed off"

I don't disagree, but the inward pull at the base here essentially forecloses on the possibility of a visual street wall. Such a thing isn't truly possible on the site, so maybe a monolith is appropriate here, but it's a monolith.

I'll be interested to see what the interaction with WTC Ave is, given this design.

You can also see the triangle parcel building peeking out in that render.

What Equilibria said. The lasts thing the Seaport needs is more hardscape plazas and broken streetwalls. The PNF will be much more informative however

I'm pretty sure it's at the intersection of Congress and B St. but on the convention center side. The parcel with the curved on-ramp curling around it along World Trade Center Avenue.

Looks sort of 1960's Vegas casino. But it is different, not covered in precast panels or offset windows. It is also not a cacophony of styles. I bet the design will change a few times before its final anyway.

Appears to sit directly above the Silver Line Transitway. Would be a lot cooler if it contributed $ to T under D instead of "cultural space". Second entrance to Silver in the building would be nice too.
