That glass is really yellow in these images. Could be the weather but I wonder if it is View Glass?

Admittedly my knowledge of that type of "smart glass/windows" is limited, but at this stage in construction, even if they did go with something like View Glass, would it's functionality really be "on" at the moment?

No, but in my, limited, experience, View glass has a distinctive yellow cast even when not "on". You can see it clearly in the Parcel 7 Phase 1 project--the Bower on Beacon Street.
