Oh yeah, this is the project that is supposed to have a woonerf running through it. Glad to finally see this lot filling it. It's been an empty dirt, fenced in lot for quite some time.

I remember going to some contentious public meetings for these projects. Glad to see them making progress! Sadly, 44 N. Beacon was originally proposed for around ~50 units, but NIMBY opposition got it slashed to ~30.
 
Yet another project that had me arguing with myself whether it was a render or not...
 
Gosh except for some plantings in the front, it looks like they paved that entire site. How was THAT approved?!

There are so many projects under construction and proposed in A-B. It's crazy and very exciting! The built environment in many places will feel totally different (and much more urban) 10 years from now.
