I saw this that indicates the Corey Road Neighborhood is the 7th most densest population wise neighborhood in Boston area. Garrett dash nelson density.
 
What's going on here?! Seems like all the pages are all messed up with writing that doesn't make any sense at all.

Interestingly, this project also seems to have an older orphaned thread here that had the project kickoff info. Maybe Mods can merge all of this into one thread (probably the first link above since that has the most content)?

Really detracts from the overall look.
 
I really wish that modern architecture didn't shy away from strong cornice lines. It seems to try to downplay the top of the building and hope you don't notice it, but it just comes across as being disingenuous, especially when combined with the sunk penthouse level that's usually a lighter color. Compare this to older buildings that have a dark colored mansard or a thick and detailed cornice!
