Yeah, I think this is problematic for two reasons. First, the license is something people with serious content should not agree with. I'm not talking about banter type posts, but something involving research, technical writing, photographs, etc. We shouldn't grant a permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license for such content. Second, the fact that the terms can be unilaterally changed without notice means that even if we agree to the current terms, our content is not protected from future changes and we have no ability to control that. These are terrible terms and conditions, and if I were somebody who had actual meaningful content to offer, I would not accept them.
