Crazy to think that we have all this and there still multiple parcels to be built out in Assembly!

Does anybody have insight on what the ownership / control situation is for the "Phase II" portion of the MGB (nee Partners) building? If we presume that MGB has no want or need to build and occupy that itself, is there any chance that FRIT could still build there for another use or tenant?

That Partner's garden plot is still in the Master Plan, but I'd imagine the improvement of the big box lots - starting with the KMART space, would be much lower hanging fruit.

The neighborhood has been busy throughout the winter. The combination of developer interest in XMBLY, Edge, and One Mystic proposals don't seem to be slowing down. With Hood Park as infill, this is effectively the Northern edge of urban Boston. Its "Experiential Retail" model is clearly being copied throughout the region, even up to the new Tuscan Village in Stripmall Salem of all places.
