Avalon North Station | Nashua Street Residences | West End

The building has 503 units, but does anyone know what the makeup of those units are? I've tried their site, this thread and a couple articles but I can't find a breakdown and total # of each size unit (studio, 1bd, 2bd, 3bd units). Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not even the NPC where the change to 503 was announced has it. Bizarre.

Edit - BREAKING NEWS:
There are around 32 3-br units:
Expansion of residential opportunities, which may be rental and/or for sale, by approximately 503 new units of housing units in the North Station area, consisting of both market rate and affordable units and including approximately 32 3-bedroom units suitable for families.

You'll have to extrapolate from these in the NPC (note the typical floor ranges to find out what to multiply by):

^ Note 36 is like this too. This is actually a 36-38 plan.

As a family that was recently in the market for a 3 bedroom and was sick of dealing with tandem parking an a 4th floor walkup, we briefly looked @ Avalon. The over $11,000 they were asking for a three bedroom was a bit steep, so we ended up at Longfellow Place with a larger three bedroom for less than half the price.

In german, the word for bakery is "baeckeri" (or b-a umlaut-ckerei)...it's a charming callout to how you'd spell it in switzerland
