Latest public update on progress from Consigli/Greystar:

Recently Completed Activities: The earthwork subcontractor completed site soil excavation for the foundation and soil haul-off. Waterproofing of the basement slab is complete with structural rebar and MEP slab installation taking place over the next week. The future crane base has also been placed.
Upcoming Activities: In the coming week the concrete subcontractor will place the 5’ structural slab for the building foundation. This will represent a milestone for the project and be followed by the start of vertical construction of the foundation walls and core wall structures in the basement level.

This project is moving at lightning pace compared to the other small tower project on La Grange.

I hope we still get the Motormart Tower... though feeling doubtful about that right now.
 
Waterproofing starts Thursday. Crane going up this weekend. Formwork starts Monday. Lagrange has a caisson foundation system due to poor ground conditions.
inherently slower than a Mat on virgin ground.
