I can see there being a decent amount of pedestrian traffic but car traffic? Not whenever I've driven down it. Nothing compared to W Newton

so this is built then? ^ whats this new crane for?
 
I walk to and from there daily on my way to the gym/pool and notice that they're building what appears to be the gerbil tube that is to go over Albany Street off to the side (seen in the third photo above). I assume they'll finish the steelwork and then lift it into place overnight one night.
