Slightly off topic but relating to the sykline. I wonder if M Tower will be visible enough to make a difference from the view on the water. Obviously Intl Place will be dominant but will it have big brother looking over it.
 
I have a question ? if the Seaport was never developed except maybe a stadium would all this development have taken place and where would it have gone? would we have seen taller buildings sooner downtown?
