Hopefully good intensions comes out of the city of Waltham buying this land The city should be chopping this up into parcels for development but there are stipulations to save the existing buildings and they now appear to be falling into disrepair. And I assume there is a lot of public resistance to anything happening here. Just guessing. Why hasn't Bentley bought this land?
