Wow, a second crane going in. How fast do they need this building to go up?? The floor slab looks to be about 6' thick. Definitely engineered to be stable on clay soil.

Westbound, Windsor Place can get very very backed up during evening rush… and that’s with the yards being mostly warehouses and scrap yards.
The amount of steel in these buildings is amazing. I'm wondering if its over engineering or because the clay soil really requires this much steel to be stable.
