You can take this with a grain of salt, but I heard that “Echelon” is the name of the two condo buildings only.

The name of the third building, which has rental apartments, is.... “Sling.”

Boston Curbed has a bit of information on the condo prices at Echelon. The 447 available units start at about $700K up to >$5M. Units range from studios - 3BR.
