Oh my god. That part with the shops in the middle of the parcel with all of the green and the different levels of retail, they listened. Whats there in the seaport now is actually pretty decent except waterside place, so now if they keep this up it looks like everything is going to be fine. If they had kept on the glass box trend it would have been a disaster but now theres just enough to create a nice balance and contrast here. This really brings up my hopes for the future seaport square parcels.

Much better than the rendering lifted from the paper a few weeks back.

I like the varied height, impression of multiple buildings. The indents that not only break up the simple geometry, and also provide spaces for balconies without all being bolt ons.

The cortyard area could be nice, looks decent.

This and B-C should act as very strong bookends to the overall development.

Slightly concerned about the Congress Street rendering with the huge garage bay door.

It looks like Assembly Square on Arnold's 1970s steroids/work out schedule. In a good way. This is a total game changer for Seaport Square. Between Parcels B, C and M1/M2, we are looking at about 2000 new residential units (800 condo which is fantastic) and multiple dozens of new retail stores and restaurants.

Does anyone know if this parcel has been sold off to an actual developer yet or if Hynes still needs to get that done? I recall someone posting an article that foreign investors were either looking at or had bought the parcels (but if I recall it was the former).

Fabulous.. How well is this going to block out the Seaport Place West and the Hotel? More the merrier.

The material mix reminds me of alot of the residential projects going up in London.

Pretty easy to agree with the crowd on this one, major step forward for the Seaport.

This would probably run away with Best Proposed Development 2015 if we still did the awards.

Funny, that's what immediately jumped out at me as well. Also, one of the roads looks like a highway, and even has a fence running along the median. Don't like that at all. Overall this looks cool and of course garage doors and loading bays need to go somewhere, but still makes a lil anxious...
