Wynn eyes expansion of Everett casino — including gambling — on big site across Broadway - The Boston Globe
The casino operator is planning an entertainment complex across the street, and needs the approval of the state’s Gaming Commission to include poker rooms and sports betting there.www.bostonglobe.com
One hotel will have 500 rooms, the other 300 rooms. The existing hotel at the casino has 671 rooms. Probably a safe bet that neither hotel will be taller than Encore Boston.Any idea on how tall the 2 hotels in the 2nd phase will be? Can't find that anywhere.

Heh heh, "Broadway Theatre" is a bit fanciful of a name, evoking visions of a very different Broadway in the theater district of Manhattan, but whatever works is fine. I wish them the best of luck and the City of Everett as well. It's great what they're doing to transform this heavy industrial no-mans land into a vibrant place.Gaming Commission paves way for expansion of Encore Casino

Wynn Resorts won the auction to buy up the Mystic Generating Station across the street
It would be great if the state could use this opportunity to get rapid transit built into Everett. Sadly, it probably means a lot of new car parking garages.Wynn Resorts buys Everett power plant site. Is a Revs stadium on the Mystic next? - The Boston Globe
