The fake grass kills me
I get that taste is subjective and no doubt this is an improvement on the superfund site it replaced but what makes it gorgeous? This is a gorgeous property! ❤
December 2019 Revenue is out. Encore had its best month yet.
MGM & Plainridge had their lowest months since opening.
Looks like Encore’s back to pre-pandemic revenue.
For reference, revenue from December 2019:
Need them to fund that bridge. And pay the majority of Everett's tax base. And clean up that power plant. And I just enjoy how the building creates a presence over the water, especially at night. My only real desire is for them to be back to pre-pandemic buffet.

I'm not keen on the Las Vegas Strip/Macau Cotai look, but, I can live with it. I'm really a fan of the wildly cheap buffets that come with gaming.Need them to fund that bridge. Are you sure you don't have Covid? (I keed, I keed)Except that there really isn't. I ride through that area by bike a couple times a week, including the industrial stuff behind Broadway, and it smells just fine.
buying them and getting rid of themRegardless, I bet they have ways to deal with such issues.
Fair, but also remember this is what the Wynn customer is used to. Consider what's next door to the Vegas Wynn: https://www.google.com/maps/@36.1259226,-115.1688536,552a,35y,39.16t/data=!3m1!1e3I'm genuinely curious as to whether or not anyone from the team behind this proposal has ever spent any time in the area. There's just no world in which a "terrace" along Broadway is going to be an enjoyable dining experience.
