“MGR Enterprise LLC has pulled a permit to begin work on a 5-story multifamily project at 319 Broadway in Everett. Plans call for a 20-unit project with 8 parking spaces. A single-family home that had been on the site has already been demolished.”

“After acquiring the property in July for $4,718,000, the new developer behind 376 Third Street in Everett, has submitted updated plans for the project. The modification to the project will increase the unit count from 120 units to 134 units and add 2,586 s.f. of retail/restaurant use. The additional residential units will also increase the affordable unit count from 12 to 14 units. Plans also call for more amenity space to now include a pool and dog park.”

I love, love, LOVE the additional units.........it's still Bella Abzug/Walter Matthau Ugly. I mean, THAT level of ugly takes some effort.

Do you know if this is the total cost for the project? Or is a project like this expected to take multiple loans.

At around 230k per unit, it sounds substantially lower than the Everett greystar project, even though they had the benefit of building like 2000 units at once.
