Classy banner pointing to their website. Put as much thought into the graphic design of that as the architecture.
 
I believe it's one of the San Francisco-like gingerbread houses around Dorchester Heights in Southie. It's a very nice vantage point - similar to Alamo Square in SF.

The first two photos in that series were some of the best I've seen of this pavillion of crap. I guess it looks okay during Golden Hour.

Close. It's Chelsea looking over the Eagle Hill neighborhood of East Boston. The long brick building right below the Southie stumps is East Boston High School.

Since the BRA can apparently do whatever the hell it wants with anyone's private property, why doesn't it dictate that something less-sucky be built here? Or maybe this already is its handiwork...
 
Fan Pier will be a product of the economic environment. Unless we get a serious economic boom. FAN PIER might end up being in the BUST column in developments.
