Wait, is that an Outsiders' reference??

A play on one yes. As noted above the Frost poem is nothing gold can stay.... but we're talking about somehting definitely not gold....

But, I'll take a Biff quote anytime.

Sorry to keep off topic, but I knew you'd appreciate that one, SeamusMcFly! BTTF is my all-time favorite movie/trilogy; I got so giddy the first time I saw your username. LOL :)

Blue Dragon and Tavern Road are terrific additions to the neighborhood.

Bees Knees provisions on Farnsworth looks like another gem.

On deck: Pastoral on Congress.

In planning: Battali restaurant at 311 Summer (entrance on A St), Bastille Kitchen at 49 A St. (building vacant for 5 years, still mothballed today), rumors of seafood/oyster bar at 381 Congress, some other cafés remain on the drawing board.

Did Blue Dragon for lunch the other day. Tried the shrimp and the veggie banh mis and both were very tasty. Just a little more expensive than Chinatown though!

Great to hear.. Excited that the entrance of Battali's will be on A street. For Bastille, do you mean 49 Melcher?

Affordable options (lunch/bars) are much needed. It's great to see all of these unique dining options, but we need some mid-priced and laid back options as well. Hopefully a café or two is added to the Channel Center area.. lot's of new companies over here and little food options.

Jacobs said the company, which has expanded into greeting cards and other business lines, will build a tavern-style eatery for employees and will also seek approvals for a roof deck.

“A lot of days our staff likes to hang out after the sun goes down,” said Jacobs. “We want to support the local restaurants and bars, but we also want to have our own space so it’s not just a place to sweat and be productive.”

Are they hiring? I like to hang out.

I didnt know what it was until I clicked on the article (yea I already know Im an idiot!)

Love, love the whole idea! Greenway, please take notice!! This is so simple, yet, so brilliant!! Certain to be a people-pleaser!! BTW, Bruce ^^^^^^^^, I hadn't a clue as to what is was either!! I thought it was a kid-oriented sculpture/play thing!

After I saw the dude in the article in his crunch n' munch hippy getup with his frisbees.... I felt more inclined to punch him than want to hang out. Bad reaction I know Mr. Judgemental, but it was my honest gut reaction.

So, are all those weird bench ideas going to be put up around Fort Point, or just the one in that picture Shepard posted?
