Wow....... that's really good.
When you add up all the approved buildings in Boston, Cambridge & Somerville,
it's going to fill in a fair amount more, and the picture should get better.
Garden Garage, Volpe, 145 Broadway residences, and 1 Congress should fill
that gap nicely, and give more depth to the front of the Downtown skyline.
What really diminishes it optically–are the 4 or 5 superfatties.
The new one on Causeway is incredibly bad.
