Personal injury lawyers are hyper-salivating over this staircase.

Does it come with a Sherpa guide?

Perfect -- now the Film Guides for the Producers can advertise a staircase for a motorcycle chase in the Seaport

Looking forward to seeing the Seaport featured in some movie to be shot in Boston

I'd sign off on that!

As long as it doesnt have any more stereotypical Irish Boston criminals from Charlestown robbing armored trucks in nun masks. Seriously has anyone seen city on the hill? Its the town... but in a tv show, only they added in a racist Boston cop now so its “new”... greeeat.

I know. Why is it always the Irish mob? Why is it never the Italian mob?

Nice, the red crown wasnt in renders. I think its going to make it look better than it otherwise would have without. In the days of photorealistic renders I like surprises, especially ones that make something better. Excited to see how the crown turns out above also where the metal framework is forming.

I'd say more orange than red, but if you take a closer look at the rendering below, you can kind of see that the orangey accents are being depicted on the crown, just much easier to miss than the vertical accent stripes that go down the length of the building.

More often than not, I find myself seeing an unexpected detail in construction and going back to a render only to see that it had been there the entire time. They're like easter eggs.
