I blame Rutherford Ave for creating a wall separating the site from the rest of Charlestown, thus encouraging this type of suburbia.

Cool that there will be 32 apartments on top of it, but would have been nicer to have a lot more.

110 more + a hotel going right behind it. It looks like for financing reasons they're doing their IDP units on the grocery first.
