Great, an exurban shopping mall + highway exit office park all rolled into one, on real estate literally sitting next to the edge of the urban core.

I blame Rutherford Ave for creating a wall separating the site from the rest of Charlestown, thus encouraging this type of suburbia.

Looks like it's 238' counting it from the actual lowest point on the building. I know it's just 3', but might as well not leave that off.
 
When you say submission you mean BPDA needs to do design review?
This is part of the approved Hood master plan. Each building goes through its own design review/submission. but this building is different than what was approved in the master plan so there is a little more to the review than just design. This review is also for the open space, Hood Green, as well.
Same thing happened with 15 Supertest when it was just retail in the master plan and then became bigger retail (grocery) and residential last year.
