Nothing about this building screams permanent structure. It's a cheap land bank that nobody will care about demolishing in 30 years should The Seaport ever truly expand that far.

Meddlepal -- take a good look at some of the shots of the "stuff on the roof" in earlier posts

That "stuff" is very fancy ventilation and high availability back-up generation, etc. associated with 1st Quality Major R&D facility -- I'll bet that construction costs per sq ft were some of highest in the Seaport

Note that the signing on Vertex to the entire Phase II -- pretty much confirms that assessment

Those damn power poles should have come out of there. This is a fairly large project, the city should have mandated that the power lines around the perimeter should be buried as a condition for construction.
