Question. Is the base of the building new as well? Looks almost ornate by the usual 2013 value engineered standards. I like it.

In those pictures you posted though, the "base" is actually a different, existing building.

This is about the same view as your second picture, before the building went up.

Yeah, I actually meant in the second photo. That said the new building works well enough with the existing building that it fooled me! :)
