Walking down Mass ave, It makes the whole area feel so much more urban- like the city extends further. Pictures don’t convey how much it changes your perception

It is uncanny how two of Boston's main thoroughfares make a beeline for this site and then veer off at the last second. Makes for some great sight lines. It's fortunate the building's not an absolute dog.

Youve got copley square too

And though mass ave doesnt line up exactly from the opposite direction, an older render showed its going to be prominent from there too.

The facade is looking great.
i thought i wasnt gonna like this one's facade but it looks really good, esp the glass which looked like it might be too bright or cheap-looking in the renders. The sloping elements remind me of William James Hall and give it a nice stately form.

Yea those blank.. or partially blank walls I wasnt sure exactly how those were going to come out, but they look fine. Also I could be mistaken but I dont think weve gotten a proper boston slanty crown in a while, so thats exciting!

I was afraid we'd get the 45 Province street treatment with the sides but it looks like they did a good job with this one.

Somebody a while back edited 45 province to have the exact same blank wall but it was red instead of black… Predictably it looked 1000 times better and not even like it was a blank wall. Certain decisions Ill just never understand.

Yeah, this building really proves that a tower that goes right to the property line can nevertheless achieve a really great look.

That second to last pic… that stretch of huntington ave street wall really puts the brutal in brutalism.

On the other hand love the new view from the southeast corridor.
