This one is now named Central Market. Apparently, Mass + Main was always a placeholder.

Lemme guess, its aimed at young urban professionals who like farmer's markets.

Though, to me, it sounds as cheesy as:

Ha! My firm wasn't involved with this one. But it's mind-boggling how fast the brand value of neighborhoods can change: I worked on a smallish project in Central Square 5 years ago and the data was clear that you needed to avoid the "Central Square" brand at all costs. Either these developers aren't doing proper research or (more likely) Central Square is just no longer the ugly duckling it used to be.

I'm still waiting for a developer to use the name "Roxbury" in any development in Roxbury.
