Not sure why I never put up this interior shot:

According to a Northeastern online presentation the next building projects will be:
Burlington Research Building (starting this winter)
Nahant Research Building
ISEC II
DMSB Building

Is there any PNF for ISEC II?

I saw some massing models in the master plan, but would love to see what might be specifically planned.

Was this a live presentation or is it posted somewhere on line you can point us to?

ISEC Arc crossing seems to be under construction.

That is some properly hideous shit I hope we never see in Boston.

Nix the intake snout. Then, it's just a black and white version of the Treehouse.

i realize we don't do white in Mission Hill and that's the point.

It matches our 325 days/yr grey overcast too.

I think that thing is awesome.

This isn't exactly a beacon of light.....

albeit i agree; the inside is amazing, and probably the most functional educational building i've seen.

It's important to note, this was first rendered on April fools.

Then we found out they were serious.

Gonna be wicked cool to walk the area once completed.....

Hope the Punter's Pub can be developed in a way that preserves the Pub for a new Cafe/Pub type of place.

Definitely need to push for that.

Nice pics – thanks, stevebikes!

I heard that this stretch of Columbus will have the pointless median removed and be getting protected bike lanes. Can anyone confirm if this is related to Northeastern's work, or is it totally separate? It definitely looks like those new sidewalks are plenty wide enough for a sidewalk-level bike lane, which would be great for connecting the SW Corridor to the Back Bay....
