Omni Hotel @ BCEC | Summer St | Seaport

Just went by this on the SL coming into Boston.
This thing is very impressive.
Love the massing. Looks nearly huge.
Boston is all business w/ that urban Big City feel
when you come into Logan enter through the Seaport.

Eastern tower topped out. Cores for the two western towers have beeen topped out for several months.

That almost doesn't look wide enough to be a hotel... must be a hallway with rooms on only one side?
 
I looked online and was only able to find floorplans for the banquet hall floor. That said, if you look to the right side you will see the hallway and elevator layout for the skinny tower. It looks like rooms will be on the side facing the ocean and the elevators, etc., will be on the side facing the other end of the hotel.

A few quick photos of this from this morning. I have to say its been a while since I have been down here and I had low expectations of this based on the render but I was pleasantly surprised by the facade texture. Now lets hope the street level is as well resolved.
