Re: One Canal (formerly Greenway Center, Bullfinch Triangle)
While I'm thinking of it, does anyone else think the forgotten small triangle (about 80'ish feet on each side) of land formed by Beverly Street, Valenti Way and North Washington Street would be the ideal place for a sculpture honoring Charles Bulfinch? It's technically "Valenti Square". I'd argue that, rather than having a useless, stranded patch of grass, place some commanding piece of public art that reminds passers by of what at least USED to be there and who was responsible for it all.
The added benefit would be that it would give pedestrians and drivers something to focus on instead of the rather blah architecture which is being constructed on almost all sides around it.
