Just want to point out that September through mid-November are prime season for travel in Boston. Nothing off season about this period.

I didn’t realize until this year cruise ship season in Boston is now, not the spring or summer. There’s a different cruise ship in almost everyday in October

Yes, driven by the Logan Airport airspace restrictions.

I wonder how the conditions at this location might be dictating the construction direction taken here. I've seen a few construction projects around this area the past few years and they have all been steel frame.
