Great project I actually really like this development and design. Hope it works according to plans
 
I'm wondering what you all feel like the future of the south side of Boylston and the Charlesgate neighborhood will be after this project is completed. I can theoretically see the neighborhood being upzoned. Not withstanding NIMBYism, It would make sense for a couple parcels within it (Whole Foods garage for ex.) to be zoned for 200-250 feet. On Boylston, I could imagine the street wall to be 7-10 stories, with a building or two going to 250'.
 
Going through there yesterday seems like if it isn't complete yet, the decking is pretty close to being done, at least from the perspective from the Pike.
