Wow. That is awesome!

Whenever I take a picture of the moon, it is always overexposed. Always. No matter how I adjust it.
 
Has a single thing in those shots changed over 15-20 years?

Someday someone will move to designate this the 80s PoMo Historic District.

I think One Lincoln is the only relatively new building (at 9 years old) in that middle shot, and even then it barely makes any impact in there.

That being said, those are some great pictures of our skyline doing what it does best: stagnating.
 
I love the gargoyle building in the forefront. There aren't nearly enough gargoyles in Boston.

It's hard to believe One Lincoln was built this century, so mired it is in the design vocabulary of the 80s and 90s.

I swear I looked at those photos and thought the exact same thing to myself. Here's hoping the Filene's Tower makes the impact on the skyline we all hope it will.
