Thanks y'all. Here's one tasty morsel for now, courtesy of Brookline Village.

More tasty morsels please!

From Tufts the other day

Newton/Needham Towers in the distance. You can see these things from everywhere if you know where to look.

That first angle is one I don't think I've never seen before.

In that first pic, someone sure has a beautiful rooftop terrace!

From Thursday- finally got around to going through them all. SW Corridor, Boston Common Cemetery, Longfellow and Zakim Bridges.

I'd just like to add my thanks to all of the contributors here as well- you guys have definitely inspired me to keep with this, and your work is beautiful.

^ Fantastic colors and composition. That's one of those shots where I think to myself "wish I took that!"

That's all, maybe next year.

One last thing.
This piece of art below, a video wall in the lobby of the Comcast Center, Philadelphia, is one of my favorite pieces of art. An approximate two minute animation or video is played about every five to ten minutes. The film of men and women dancing, dressed to the nines, from what looked like a scene from the 1930's, charmed the socks off of me.
I propose that a similar wall be erected in the lobby of the future South Station Tower, visible from South Station. It will be very popular with the public.

Are you saying we will need to wait until next year for your next thematic post? I hope not. I've really enjoyed them.

Appreciate the sentiment, I try to return home (born and raised in Beverly) for a visit from time to time. Saw the folks in July. Always take the train into Boston and walk miles. Did you know that Beverly has five train stops, three with actual stations that are private businesses? I may have moved away, but, I left my heart there. Peace and prosperity.

My mom is from Beverly--she moved away in the '70s--and I still have loads of family in the area. Absolutely love it up there.
