It’s a creature of the pre-2019 zoning which feels like it was designed for a long past economic cycle.
It's because it looks like something gangsters would put up in Chisinau.I cannot quite put my finger on it, but for some reason this project screams "money laundering scheme".

Only that would be more fun - there'd at least be a sleazy cafe called "Euro-bar" serving overpriced drinks and blasting trashy techno on the ground floor.
It doesn't need to be rebranded. The stores and parking lot need to be totally raised and replaced with a whole new dense development of retail and mid-rise residential. No more half measures.![]()
