I really like what I'm seeing so far. I'm all for filling in the empty spots on this stretch of Congress towards the West End.
Nice design, like the size. Lets hope it stays that way.
Edit: Hopefully the people in the tall building next door don't bitch about losing their views (like in the case when residents of the Back Bay Tower complained about their views when a 12 story building was proposed)
