Some pretty significant work going on above the original building today:

This thing is going to be pretty huge once they add another 4-5 floors of steel.
 
This is such a cool project, I hope the finished product is nice.

Me too. For me it's going to mostly hinge on the activation of Quaker Lane. Boston has so many cool nooks and crannies and this one could be one of the best.
 
The new building portion of this project has sprouted. It’s been climbing out of the ground fairly quickly now that they’ve started vertical.

Stupid question. Are these columns stone clad around steel posts or is this building actually masonry load bearing?
 


This cap doesn’t look big in pics but, damn, it’s big!
 
Looking out my window, they still have about 2 floors to go around the core, plus potentially a mechanical level above that. It's not topped-out yet.
