Raffles Boston (40 Trinity Place) | 426 Stuart Street | Back Bay

So the Raffles is ready for the next Ghostbusters film in Boston, where it can take a big bite out of the Hancock with its sharp teeth.
 
Spoke with some folks on site and gathered a few tidbits of info:
  • They are pouring 9-inch thick floor slabs per level using high-strength concrete (6500 psi)
  • Structural core is using 8000 psi concrete
  • They are targeting 1.5 floors per week
 
I couldnt find anywhere where those shark teeth show up on the tower, anyone else? I hope they do.
 
Based on the folded perforated metal alone, this seems to be a mock-up for the Gateway project at BBS.

The shark teeth panels layered like this at each floor would create this diamond pattern over the mech floors, which you can see in the render.

edit: if that wasnt enough the panels show up on masseys glass website under this render of the tower and labelled gateway

^^^The Back Bay Garage office blob will ruin that view forever. It will be a big fat wall right in front of the Hancock. We already ruined the best view of the Pru with 888 Boylston, but the Back Bay Garage tower will be 10x worse than that.
