KO Pies really opposed this project. They have every right to be there and have been there far before this development was dreamed of.
 
Mmmmm ... another OSB wonder. Good for the proforma, bad for whoever has to maintain this thing.

OSB= Waste wood held together with glue, the cheaper cousin to plywood.

Wish there were more hold outs like KO Pies - at least it prevents yet another bland super block and spices things up.

Not a fan of OSB myself because it's cheap, but it should be ok so far as they're using the appropriate grade of OSB, right (e.g., coated with waterproof resins)?
