Hello, All!
I have really felt so emotional this past week just like all of you.
I sat here in shock and just felt numb. I also watched all the helping and caring going on all around the city as the events unfolded as the days passed.
I felt it was time to launch my new blog...my way...of sharing a small smile and a few memories of Boston in days gone by.
As many of you know, I have spent years collecting things about Boston. And they are not all department store related
So this new blog is place to post...the rest of my stuff.
Some will have probably shown up in other great collections online, others may not have yet. I shall use photos, ads...and other treasures to create this blog scrapbook. I hope it will be a great addition to the wonderful other Boston sites out there already. And also create discussions and shared memories by others, too!!
I know it's not all rose-tinted glasses as we look back but it's all part of preserving information about Boston...and the places and events that shaped it.
Thanks so much to archboston.org for all your support in my various projects over the years!!!!
