If this is built juuust about everything between Congress and the waterfront will be built or have a proposal. Really just besides the residential building next to the office at the ICA, then the building that will go up next to the pier 4 condo building and next to the memorial. So just about everything but G and H from Congress over if Im not mistaken. Getting pretty filled in even on the other side too D3 is going to be huge too when that comes.

L5, L6, N and P are the dead zone on Congress now. And I don't know if there are any timelines on those...

They have proposals. Im not sure what the timeline is but theyre getting built.

Sausage parcel is actually great from the side on knife edge. I hadnt really thought about how since the parcel is sideways your actually going to be looking at the thin sides mostly as those are the sides youll see from either end on the street on congress or from up on summer like the picture. This is in huge contrast to the massive single block buildings you see everywhere else. Welcome change.

What is going on with Boston transportation department? A pedestrian was struck at Seaport and Sleeper on Friday. Another was struck in the SAME place last night. For months, people have complained that when you come over the bridge, you see 2 sets of lights, one in the horizon which could be green and you may not see the old, faded lights at Sleeper Street. I've seen multiple complaints on Boston 311. They now have 2 pedestrians struck and there has not been a fix.

Thats all the paper trail those pedestrians need to win a nice lawsuit against the city

Serious question, has this been confirmed? Reporting on the first incident can be easily found, but I haven't seen anything on this latest one, except that there were police cars around in the area last night.

By the way, I agree that the lights at the end of the bridge can be confusing to someone not familiar with the area.

That intersection is terrible for pedestrians. I avoid it now and just use the bridge underpass.

If anyone knows the answer and will ondilge me not digging through the thread:
Will Parcel P and/or N have street level access to both Congress and Summer? The plan map looks like it is possible, or that maybe there’s an elevated aection between them?

^ I love the total fantasy quality of the traffic in all those shots. Light traffic, all flowing freely. No backups, no blocks of stopped vehicles. Certainly no reality there.

This is so much more true to life though, especially in the summer, than the hundreds of people milling about in the streets as if it were Midtown Manhattan.

Thanks for linking the video! It was a really good visual wrap-up of all the projects, including the unnamed projects they're not doing, like the one next to 100 Seaport Boulevard and the residential tower next to the Fan Pier Green.
