The should have allowed a spine of taller buildings--maybe just 6 to 8 stories taller-- down the spine, maybe even setback (like the back half of the buildings that front seaport blvd on the south)
Ok, so only 2 more stories? I think they could go to 274 feet, but have a flat 250?Could they even do that without running into the FAA limits?

They've been there for years. I believe it was done as a deterrent to organized sports playing on the open field. There's a couple signs flanking both sides of the lawn that basically say "NO FUN ALLOWED."What’s up with the slats running across the lawn in this one?
