Confused as to why Parcels B and C are routinely referred to as residential blocks, a characterization made most frequently by Seaport Square's Master Developer. Was the following program showing 33% as residential recently amended?

I think the papers have been reporting for well over a year that the building in each block will be 2-3 stories of retail and about +800 residential units sitting atop between the two. The master developer does not own the land any longer, Berkshire Group bought it in 2013. Confirmed they are the Elkus buildings.

There have definitely been several changes to the document above-- Block A is supposed to be a hotel now, right?

Earlier considered.

The architect of the chapel on Parcel H is ADD Inc. The chapel (in final stages of approvals) is no longer free standing. It is attached to an office building also designed by ADD Inc. on Parcel H.

Any chance ADD will try to have the three parcels connect somehow? Not physically but architecturally.

Work has started on Parcel B and on the park on Parcel F.
Parcel C is still used for parking (for now).
