Nice of Walk Boston to bail on BTD here, but Walk Boston has always favored concurrent peds because there is less wait time. They have been pushing BTD for more concurrent peds all over the city for 20 years.
Only 1 entity to blame here, and its New England drivers. period. If you wanted action by the City, it should have been done through enforcement by BPD, not going back to an inferior signal timing.
Have you crossed this intersection? Its been a disaster since the day they did it. Yes, its 100% on BTD as well as poor driving. They ignored complaints via 311 and from office workers.
