Is there any plans for any affordable housing in the seaport yet?
Yet?

Seaport apartment buildings have been subject to the same Chapter 40B affordable housing rules and City of Boston affordable housing regs as other large projects. Aside from some Seaport condominiums that have paid for off-site affordable housing construction, I believe most/all of the current and proposed large apartment buildings in the Seaport have at least 13% affordable units.
The Benjamin, Via, 100 Pier 4, Waterside Place, A Street Rear... there are currently hundreds of affordable units in the neighborhood.

I know how it works, I figured most were paying for off site so was really asking if any 286 tremont or merano type developments are in the pipeline.
