The full buildout will end up a Beigeapalooza for sure. They've started covering a section of the mechanical level above the curtain wall. Looked like gray alucobond.

The lighter panels appear to be precast or a terracotta like material. They're too uniform to be natural. I like the mounting brackets for the window 'louvers.'

The brackets are for sunshades. I am guessing that given the quality of the rest of the building the panels are terra-cotta. This building is going to be handsome.

Rumor has it that there isn't a tenant lined up for the second building. Construction is stopping and the garage will be capped off.

The intent has always been to cap the second building until a tenant is lined up.

There are plenty of other rumours about tenants and or occupancy type that I won't speculate on.

Has anyone else noticed that the top floors visible from afar have an almost fascist sort of classical order about them? Granted I've been watching a ton of WWII docs lately but I swear I see a semblance going on.
