The articles/documents about this were a bit confusing and honestly it took me some time to understand if this was "new". This building appears to always have been "proposed" as indicated in the original PNF and documents for its under construction neighbor. The update is just that they've decided to move forward with it and have notified the City by a "change" to their original project (which had always mentioned this being a later phase), and now there are additional details as well.

Thanks, not as much as I enjoy it! I'm glad my enthusiasm for the subject matter comes through in the pics.

Agreed with @shmessy , the up close pictures are fantastic. The long distance skyline pics are interesting and technically impressive, but it's these fine grain, street based shots that really excite me.
